Staff were very accommodating during our stay.

We experienced significant noise from the street outside our room, which made it hard to sleep. Additionally, the dining experience was disappointing. the food was not up to par with what we expected. Lastly, it was frustrating that we were charged for purified water, and the amenities seemed outdated and in need of renovations.

The complimentary Pisco sour and chocolates made us feel welcomed, while the beautiful river view from our room added a special touch to our stay.

Our room had a stunning view of the river which was calming after a day of hiking. The staff here went above and beyond when they prepared a special kids menu just for our little ones, they actually cared. That kind of service you can’t buy.

The room was pretty comfy, but we faced some noise from the train nearby, especially since we had to keep the window open. It was a standard room but had a nice bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. The views were nice from the upper floors, and we appreciated the recently renovated decor.
